Taxation & Compliance Intern (Work From Office)

We provide services related to taxation, regulatory compliance, company incorporation, and corporate advisory, helping businesses operate efficiently and stay compliant with applicable laws.

Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Taxation & Compliance Intern to support our accounting, taxation, and regulatory assignments. The intern will work under the guidance of senior team members and gain practical exposure to tax and corporate compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities: ·

Assist in preparation of financial statements and support audit-related documentation. ·

Support in filing Income Tax Returns, TDS/TCS returns, and related forms. ·

Assist in GST-related compliances including registration, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C) and documentation. ·

Provide support in company incorporation processes (Company/LLP/OPC) and MCA-related filings. ·

Assist in trademark search, documentation, and application processes under supervision. ·

Support seniors in preparing responses to notices from Income Tax, GST, or other regulatory authorities. ·

Maintain compliance trackers and assist in monitoring statutory due dates. ·

Coordinate with clients and internal team members to ensure timely documentation and filings.

Eligibility: ·

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CS Inter / CMA Inter (Pursuing or Completed) ·

Basic understanding of Income Tax, GST, and MCA compliances ·

Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software ·

Good communication and drafting skills ·

Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment

Internship Details: ·

Location: Work From Office – Mayur Vihar, Delhi ·

Duration: 3–6 months ·

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month (based on skills and performance) ·

Full-time internship during office hours
