Hiring: Psychologist (Full-Time) | Paschim Vihar, New Delhi We are looking for a dedicated and

experienced psychologist

with a

minimum of 2+ years of expertise

in providing psychological counselling to

children, teens, adults, and couples.

This is a

full-time, on-site role

based in

Paschim Vihar, New Delhi , requiring

5.5 working days per week (10 AM – 6.30 PM).

Candidates must be located in

West Delhi or nearby areas.

Key Requirements: ✅

Minimum 2+ years of experience

in psychological counselling/clinical psychology ✅

Ability to Lead Internships (Online/In-Person) ✅

Master’s degree in Psychology ✅

Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) in English ✅

RCI Licensed (Preferable)

Key Responsibilities: Conduct

individual, child and couples therapy

(both in-person & online), tailoring interventions to the client’s unique needs Utilize

evidence-based approaches

such as

CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques Address challenges such as

infidelity, emotional disconnect, co-parenting issues, and pre-marital concerns Maintain accurate and

confidential client records Deliver

mental health workshops

in schools and corporate settings Lead

internship and training modules , mentoring aspiring psychologists Collaborate with the

founders to enhance mental health initiatives

and drive clinic growth
