We are looking for a

freelance Framer Designer (independent contractor)

to participate in a

3-hour design competition , with the possibility of a

1 to 2 month(s) collaboration

as part of

Phase 1 — 3-Hour Design & Build Competition

You will produce a set of user-dashboard screens directly in

Framer , following the guidelines and design direction provided from world and figma design. At the end of the session, we will review and compare all submissions. Next steps: 10 candidates

will be shortlisted and invited to answer

8 interview questions

to help us better understand their profile and working style. We will then schedule meetings with the most promising candidates. Finally,

1 or 2 designers

will be selected for a

paid

1 to 2 month(s) collaboration . Requirements & Skills

To participate, candidates must meet the following criteria: Registered and legally authorised to work as a freelancer

in their country of residence. Strong mastery of Framer , including components, variants, interactions, animations, and clean project structuring. Ability to

implement UI screens with precision , consistent spacing, typography, and layout alignment. Capacity to follow a predefined framework

and respect all constraints, without deviating from the brief. Solid understanding of

responsive design , breakpoints, and fluid layouts inside Framer. Ability to

connect logic, interactions, and transitions

while keeping the UX intuitive and clean. Fast comprehension of design requirements, with the ability to deliver

high-quality output under time constraints . Clear communication skills , ability to ask relevant questions when needed, and autonomy in execution. Professionalism, reliability, and a structured working approach. A genuine interest in

wellness, luxury, and digital ecosystems
