Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Lead Qualifier based in Faridabad. The Study Abroad Lead Qualifier will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, understanding their educational aspirations, providing initial consultations, and qualifying leads for further engagement. The individual will also assist with maintaining a strong follow-up process, updating client information, and working closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless experience for students. Strong communication and an ability to establish positive client relationships will be central to this role.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective verbal communication Proficiency in lead qualification, database management, and follow-ups Knowledge of international education systems is a plus Strong organizational and time management abilities Good problem-solving skills and client-focused mindset A positive and professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred Experience in the education consultancy or counseling domain is a bonus
