About the role: We are looking for a skilled AI Developer with hands-on experience in OpenAI Agent Builder (GPT models), Google Gemini, Dialogflow, chatbot development, and Django web framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building, deploying, and maintaining AI-driven conversational systems and integrating them with scalable web applications.

Job Description: As a full-stack developer, you will be playing a multi-dimensional role working closely with the core team, with work ranging from but not limited to - Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using Google Gemini, Dialogflow, OpenAI platfrom APIs, and Semantic Searches/ Vector Stores. Integrate chatbots with Django-based web applications. Build scalable and user-friendly backend services for chatbot platforms. Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models to improve conversational accuracy and response quality. Collaborate with product and design teams to define chatbot workflows and conversational experiences. Ensure system reliability, security, and performance in production environments. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and web frameworks to bring innovative solutions.

Ǫualification and Experience: Some proven experience in AI/Chatbot development. Strong expertise in Google Gemini and Dialogflow. Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs (GPT models, embeddings, fine-tuning). Proficiency in Python and the Django web framework. Good understanding of REST APIs, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure). Experience in deploying scalable chatbot solutions for real-world applications. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have (Optional) Experience with LangChain, Vector stores, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or other LLM frameworks. Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React/Angular) for chatbot UI integration. Familiarity with MLOps and continuous model improvement.
