Main requirement is hands-on experience or demonstrated skills in process documentation, which is the core requirement for this role.
Additionally, the Documentation Specialist we're looking for should bring strengths such as:
- Experience creating process documentation, including SOPs, desktop procedures, job aids, and training materials
- Ability to interview SMEs and translate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation
- Strong written communication skills with attention to structure, consistency, and version control
- Experience working within regulated or operational environments, where accuracy and clarity are critical
- Comfort maintaining documentation repositories and applying documentation standards and templates
