Role Overview The Senior 3D Visualizer plays a critical role in bringing design concepts to life through high-quality, photorealistic visualizations. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can transform architectural plans, rough sketches, and physical references into compelling 3D models and immersive renderings.

You will work closely with designers and project teams to ensure that every visualization accurately represents the design intent, materiality, lighting, and spatial experience. Your expertise in rendering, texturing, lighting, and post-production will directly impact how clients experience and approve our interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling & Visualization Excellence • Develop detailed and accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and reference materials for interior projects. • Translate conceptual ideas into realistic visual narratives that align with the design vision. • Ensure all models reflect spatial accuracy, proportions, and detailing as per technical drawings.

Texturing, Lighting & Rendering • Apply high-quality textures and materials to achieve realistic and aesthetically refined visual outputs. • Implement advanced lighting techniques to enhance mood, depth, and realism in renderings. • Utilize rendering engines effectively to produce photorealistic interior visualizations.

Collaboration & Design Alignment • Collaborate closely with interior designers to understand design intent, materials, finishes, and spatial concepts. • Participate in design discussions to proactively suggest visualization improvements. • Ensure design revisions are incorporated accurately and efficiently into visual outputs.

Image Production & Post-Production • Produce high-resolution, presentation-ready images within defined timelines. • Perform post-production enhancements using Adobe Creative Suite to refine color balance, contrast, composition, and overall visual impact. • Maintain consistency in style, quality, and detailing across all deliverables.

Planning & Timely Delivery • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced project environment. • Maintain structured file management and version control for all project assets.

Quality & Adaptability • Adhere to Zyeta’s visualization standards and quality benchmarks. • Continuously improve rendering techniques, workflows, and efficiency. • Be flexible and ready to support additional responsibilities as required by the team or project managers.

Qualifications & Experience • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization for interior projects. • Advanced proficiency in

3D Studio Max, V-Ray,

Corona Renderer, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong expertise in lighting, texturing, rendering, and post-production workflows. • Good understanding of interior technical drawings and detailing. • Proven ability to produce high-quality imagery under tight timelines.
