End-to-End Recruitment Management
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles across engineering and non‑engineering domains.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Talent Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, and market mapping.
Perform preliminary screening to evaluate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and skills needed.
Coordinate interview schedules, drive smooth communication, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring pipelines.
Provide regular hiring status reports and insights to leadership.
Offer Management & Closure
Lead offer negotiations while ensuring internal parity and budget alignment.
Close candidates within targeted timelines to meet business hiring SLAs.
Employer Branding (Optional Enhancement)
Support employer branding initiatives by promoting job opportunities and engaging with potential talent on social platforms.
