Responsibilities Build end-to-end ML pipelines, focusing on personalization, recommendation, and ranking models. Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex data insights into actionable product strategies.

Qualifications B.Tech/M.S. in Computer Science with strong statistical and ML foundations. 3–6 years of experience developing and deploying ML models at scale. Proficient in Python and handling large structured/unstructured datasets (PySpark/Spark/Hive preferred). Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
