Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Data Scientist

with 3+ years of hands-on experience in

forecasting, customer churn analysis, or equivalent machine learning modeling

. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy predictive models to drive data-driven business decisions and improve customer retention strategies. Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy

forecasting and customer churn prediction models

using machine learning techniques. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Build predictive and statistical models to support strategic decision-making. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization. Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to translate business problems into data solutions. Evaluate model performance and continuously improve model accuracy. Communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations. Implement scalable ML solutions in production environments. Required Skills

Strong experience in

Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling

. Hands-on experience with

forecasting models

or

customer churn analysis

. Proficiency in

Python

(Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). Experience with statistical modeling and data analysis. Knowledge of

time series forecasting techniques

. Experience with SQL and data querying. Understanding of model evaluation metrics and experimentation methods. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

Deep Learning frameworks

(TensorFlow / PyTorch). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
