About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to support our growing team and assist in streamlining HR and operations processes. You’ll help manage applications, support recruitment workflows, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

What You’ll Do Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate tracking. Support the team in resume screening and basic applicant communications. Help manage and organize HR documentation. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to streamline workflows. Learn and get hands-on experience with AI-powered HR and recruitment tools. Create effective resumes and cover letters for our clients.

What We’re Looking For Good communication and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment. Basic familiarity with job boards like LinkedIn. Proactive mindset and attention to detail. Reliable internet connection.
