About the Role We are looking for an experienced eLearning QA Specialist to join our Noida office. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency in Hindi and English composition and proofreading, ensuring high-quality standards across all digital learning content.

The role requires hands-on experience in reviewing 2D and 3D animations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and overall production excellence. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring all content aligns with specific pedagogical frameworks, including NCERT, NEP 2020, and FLN guidelines for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end QA of eLearning courses (SCORM, videos, PDFs, assessments, etc.) Review and proofread

Hindi and English content

for grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, and contextual accuracy Validate instructional design elements and assessment alignment Conduct LMS testing and functional validation Identify bugs/issues and coordinate with internal teams Ensure adherence to QA checklists and client guidelines Prepare detailed QA reports

Required Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in eLearning Quality Assurance Strong command of

both Hindi and English (composition & proofreading mandatory) Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar tools Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
