Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing located in Chennai. In this role, you will oversee sales and marketing initiatives, develop and implement innovative sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to drive business growth. The Head of Sales Marketing will also be responsible for achieving revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
Proven capabilities in Team Management and leadership
Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and drive strategic decision-making
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Experience in technology-driven industries and familiarity with digital transformation is a plus
Masterโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
