Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple source systems. Develop and optimize data workflows, data quality checks, and transformations. Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements. Handle performance tuning and troubleshooting of BODS jobs. Support data migration, validation, and testing activities. Provide production support and resolve issues within defined SLAs.

Required Skills: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP BODS. Strong experience in ETL development and data warehousing concepts. Good understanding of SAP and non-SAP source systems. Experience in SQL and database concepts (HANA/Oracle/SQL Server preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Experience working in SAP transformation or migration projects. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments is an added advantage.
