Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on
Marketplace & Advertising Executive
to take ownership of day-to-day execution across Amazon (primary channel) and Walmart (secondary channel), with advertising performance as a core focus.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys diving into data, and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards. You will manage on-platform advertising, oversee marketplace hygiene, execute pricing and promotions, and deliver structured weekly performance reporting with actionable insights.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Marketplaces and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
1) Advertising Management (Primary Responsibility)
Own optimisation of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Walmart advertising
Manage daily and weekly optimisation including:
Budget pacing and bid adjustments
Targeting and placement optimisation
Search term harvesting and negative keyword implementation
Maintain campaign hygiene including structure, naming conventions, and portfolio organisation
Launch and iterate campaigns for priority SKUs including new launches, seasonal pushes, and promotional support
Align advertising activity with stock availability and promotional calendar to protect and scale spend appropriately
2) Weekly Advertising Performance Reporting
Deliver structured weekly performance reports across Amazon and Walmart, including:
Spend, attributed sales, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, POAS, CPO, CTR, CVR, CPC
Performance drivers and changes week-over-week
Clear action plans for the following week
Maintain an optimisation and change log to ensure decision traceability
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for scale
3) Marketplace Operations & Account Hygiene
Conduct daily checks in Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center:
Listing status, suppressed/inactive items, buyability issues
Diagnose and resolve catalogue and offer issues; manage support cases through to closure
Monitor stock availability and run-rate; escalate low-cover risks with recommendations
Track customer-impact signals such as returns, feedback trends, and delivery performance
4) Pricing & Promotions Execution
Implement approved pricing and promotional plans
Conduct pre-flight validation (SKUs, dates, eligibility, inventory thresholds, stacking conflicts)
Monitor live promotions and ensure clean resets post-promotion
Maintain accurate SKU to ASIN mapping and documentation
5) Catalogue & Listing Support
Execute listing updates using flat files and platform tools
Maintain catalogue change logs
Support SEO initiatives led by the Global Head of Marketplaces
Share advertising search-term insights to inform optimisation strategy
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central marketplace execution
Proven experience managing Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) with a structured optimisation methodology
Experience owning and managing performance reporting
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, filters, formulas)
Demonstrated troubleshooting experience (listing suppressions, offer issues, variation fixes, case management)
Experience managing significant advertising budgets (circa 1M annually)
High accuracy in pricing and promotion execution
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and escalate issues appropriately
Experience working with international (UK, US, EU, CA, AU) companies preferred
Exposure to Amazon tools and integrations (e.g., Helium 10, Sellerboard or similar)
Preferred Skills
In-house experience within a D2C or consumer brand
Experience in SME or start-up environments
Strong operational mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Data-driven decision maker with a proactive approach
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Monday to Friday - 09:00 – 17:30 GMT
India (IST):
14:30 – 23:00 IST
