ABOUT THE COMPANY
Kryon Technology Pvt. Ltd. (iLabs Group) is building India’s next-generation integrated electronics manufacturing platform for PCBA and motor controllers. Our portfolio spans AC indoor/outdoor controllers, BLDC motor controllers, remotes, IoT gateways, routers, STBs and networking devices. We are setting up a high-speed SMT + assembly facility in Sri City supported by a strong design & sourcing ecosystem. As a fast-scaling 0→1 organization, we are looking for hands-on leaders who can build systems, teams and capabilities from scratch in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

ROLE SUMMARY
The GM – IT will own and architect the complete IT, cybersecurity, and digital systems backbone for Kryon Technology across both the corporate office and the Sri City manufacturing plant. This role requires deep expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, SAP/MES/HRMS ecosystem management, equipment connectivity for SMT/wave/test machines, and digital transformation. The individual will build IT governance frameworks, ensure system uptime for mission-critical production environments, manage integrations between SAP ↔ MES ↔ production testers ↔ QC tools, and drive automation initiatives to enable a data-driven factory. This is a 0→1 leadership role requiring the ability to execute, lead teams, manage vendors, and build robust IT operations that support high-growth electronics manufacturing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, WAN/LAN, firewalls, switches, VPNs and access controls.
• Ensure 99% uptime for SAP, MES, HRMS, email systems, CNC/router systems and factory networks.
• Lead IT governance: access management, password policies, cybersecurity policies, audits and compliance.
• Manage integrations between SAP (PP/MM/QM), MES, QA tools, test jigs, SMT line servers and internal dashboards.
• Implement cybersecurity practices including endpoint protection, monitoring, SIEM, log management and VAPT audits.
• Oversee data backup systems, cloud storage, redundancy planning and disaster recovery protocols.
• Lead IT projects for new factory blocks, SMT line additions, warehouse connectivity and network expansions.
• Manage SAP support: tickets, enhancements, user access, error resolution.
• Oversee IT helpdesk operations, hardware procurement and asset management.
• Manage CCTV, biometric systems, access control systems and surveillance infrastructure.
• Streamline factory IT processes including barcode systems, traceability, digital job cards and real-time dashboards.
• Coordinate with operations, planning, QA, HR, finance and SCM for IT enablement.
• Manage external IT vendors, AMCs, service contracts and audits.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong IT infrastructure background (networks, servers, cybersecurity).
• Experience supporting SAP, MES and manufacturing IT systems.
• Prior manufacturing IT experience is mandatory (EMS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, access governance and system hardening.
• Vendor management, AMC management and project execution experience.
• Ability to support 24/7 factory operations with urgency and accuracy.
• Excellent documentation, planning and issue-resolution skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
• B.Tech in IT/CSE/ECE.
• Certifications in CCNA, CCNP, cybersecurity or cloud preferred.
