Core Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
Utilizing job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), employee referrals, and social media to build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening & Selection:
Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video screenings to assess technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit
Job Description Development:
Collaborating with hiring managers to create detailed, accurate job specifications and, when necessary, amending them to attract the right talent.
Interview Coordination & Evaluation:
Scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Negotiation & Offer Management:
Extending job offers, negotiating salaries, and managing the pre-boarding or onboarding process to ensure smooth integration.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), providing recruitment reports to management, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Key Skills Required:
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Assessment:
Ability to evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and potential.
Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
