Screening & Assessment: Conduct phone screens and interviews in both languages, potentially run fluency tests (oral/written) to ensure strong communication skills.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on recruitment best practices, and provide market insights.
Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job ads to extending offers, maintaining strong candidate experience.

Talent Pipelining :** Build and nurture talent pools for future needs, especially for international or diverse teams.
Communication: Act as a liaison, ensuring clear, consistent communication in both languages between applicants and the company.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
