Corporate and Commercial Litigatio n: Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act,

Qualifications : 2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore. Having knowledge/expertise in IBC or CPC. Strong communication and interpersonal skills And candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.

Responsibilities : Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, petitions independently. Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management. Representation before District Courts, Commercial Courts and Arbitration Tribunals. ·Assist the senior during evidence and arguements stage.

CTC: 4.5 to 7. lakhs based on the candidate. Post completion of 1 year, a performance-based incentive model will be initiated. Probation period is 3 months.
