Location: Noida, India (Sector 63)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively marketing bench consultants, building strong vendor relationships, and driving successful placements across the US IT staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants to open requirements through job portals, social media, vendor networks, and direct client channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, direct clients, and staffing agencies.
Understand each consultant’s technical skills, experience, and project preferences to match them with suitable roles.
Negotiate pay rates, finalize terms, and close deals efficiently.
Track submissions, interviews, and hiring pipelines in an organized manner.
Maintain and update internal databases with consultant and vendor information.
Provide regular status updates and reports to management.
Required Skills
1–3 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and US job market dynamics.
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and others.
Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
