About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is focused primarily on recruitment and will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles.

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri etc. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Conduct initial HR screening calls. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain Hiring Trackers.

Key Qualifications and Skills

Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in HR, Management, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of basic recruitment concepts is preferable. Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be preferred. Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
