About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic

Recruitment Consultant – IT / Technology

to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top IT contract talent. The ideal candidate should have experience in

perm / contract hiring

, strong sourcing skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.

Some of the key responsibilities will include: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT contract roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Identify and engage potential candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. Negotiate contracts, compensation, and terms of employment with selected candidates. Build and maintain a

strong pipeline of IT contractors

for current and future requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs and expectations. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks. Ensure compliance with

company policies, legal regulations, and contract employment guidelines.

To be eligible for this role you will require: 2yrs to 8 yrs of experience

in IT recruitment, preferably in contract hiring. Strong understanding of

IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Proficiency in

sourcing tools

(LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.). Experience in

vendor management, contract negotiations, and rate discussions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to

work in a fast-paced environment

with multiple requirements. Experience using

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
