We are seeking an experienced

SAP Ariba Downstream Consultant

with SAP experience and strong expertise in Ariba Buying & Invoicing modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, integration, and support of SAP Ariba Downstream solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba Downstream (Buying & Invoicing). Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure Ariba Buying, Invoicing, Catalogs, Approval workflows, and Receiving processes. Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ECC / S4HANA using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway). Work on master data integration (Supplier, Material, GL, Cost Centers). Handle testing cycles – SIT, UAT, Regression. Provide production support and resolve tickets within SLA. Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical teams. Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, and test scripts.

Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of SAP experience with minimum 3–5 years in SAP Ariba Downstream. Strong experience in: Ariba Buying & Invoicing Catalog enablement Approval workflows Receiving & Invoice reconciliation Experience in Ariba CIG integration. Knowledge of SAP MM and integration touchpoints. Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end Ariba implementation projects. Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration. Knowledge of Ariba Contracts (CLM) – added advantage. SAP Ariba certification preferred. Experience working in Agile methodology.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business / IT. SAP Ariba certification (preferred).
