TCS Hiring for ServiceNow developer Job Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata Experience Range: 6-10 Years Job Description : Required skills : Good understanding of ServiceNow platform, and ITIL processes. Hands on experience on integration, scripting, and reporting in ServiceNow. Desired Competencies: 1.Experience on 3rd party Integrations 2. Coordinating ServiceNow application and platform upgrades. 3. Hands-on experience in ITSM modules e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog etc. 4. Process automation using ServiceNow Flow designer, Workflows, Integrations. 5. Proficient in all areas of ServiceNow development and configuration including but not limited to Business Rules, ACLs, Domain Separation, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies. 6. Ability to build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards. 7. Development of new request items in the catalog the creation of new task-based workflows that can support cross team engagement. 8.Perform Systems Integration Testing and manage/coordinate user acceptance testing. 9.Creation of technical and functional documents for ongoing maintenance items and projects. 10. Develops ITSM process activities through the development of policies, processes, and procedures to establish a standard methodology/practice that will Communicates process standards to ensure understanding across the organization. 11. Works with the process/service owner to define the configuration management process and the necessary policies. 12. Define best practices and standards for developing solutions using ServiceNow. 13.
