Role Description We are seeking a full-time Legal Associate to join our on-site team in Kanpur Nagar. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, drafting contracts, conducting legal research, providing counsel on legal issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will work closely with clients, advocates, and other professionals to deliver tailored legal and business solutions while managing various aspects of corporate legal work.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in identifying, interpreting, and applying legal statutes and regulations Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with accuracy Exceptional Analytical Skills for legal research, case analysis, and problem-solving to provide well-informed recommendations Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal ability to interact effectively with clients and team members Prior experience in handling Legal Issues, corporate litigation, or dispute resolution Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional on-site office environment Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) required; LLM or additional certifications in corporate law, compliance, or trademark law are a plus Previous experience with corporate clients or a boutique legal firm is highly desirable
