Role Overview As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across digital touch-points. From high-converting ad creatives to packaging that stands out on shelves and marketplaces — your work will directly impact brand perception and sales. You will work closely with performance marketing, content, and product teams to create designs that are not only beautiful but conversion-focused.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Performance Design

Design high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplace ads. Create engaging website banners, landing pages, and PDP images. Develop scroll-stopping social media content aligned with brand tone. Packaging & Product Visuals

Lead packaging design projects from concept to print-ready files. Ensure packaging reflects premium positioning and scalability. Edit and enhance product images for website and marketplaces. Growth & Creative Strategy

Collaborate with performance marketing teams to test and optimize creatives. Understand consumer psychology and design for conversions. Create motion graphics, short videos, and GIFs to enhance engagement. Contribute to creative campaigns during product launches and seasonal promotions. Creative Ownership

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Bring new ideas, trends, and formats proactively. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in graphic design (D2C / e-commerce preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating performance ads, packaging, and digital branding. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Working knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro for motion creatives. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and storytelling. Ability to think strategically, not just execute briefs. Experience in wellness, beauty, or personal care brands is a strong plus. Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
