Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled

VMware Aria Automation Developer

responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom automation solutions based on customer requirements. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to build scalable automation workflows, integrations, and API-driven use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement automation solutions using

VMware Aria Automation (vRA)

and

Aria Orchestrator (vRO) Design and build custom workflows as per customer requirements Develop custom use cases and blueprints for infrastructure provisioning Perform API integrations with third-party tools and platforms Use

Postman

for API testing, validation, and troubleshooting Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages Customize automation logic based on client business needs Integrate Aria Automation with ITSM tools such as

ServiceNow

and

BMC Helix Work with REST APIs for automation and system integrations Troubleshoot deployment, workflow, and integration issues Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to stakeholders

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with

VMware Aria Automation (vRA)

and

Aria Orchestrator (vRO) Experience in workflow design and custom automation development Strong scripting knowledge (JavaScript preferred, PowerShell / Python added advantage) Experience working with REST APIs and API integrations Hands-on experience with

Postman

for API testing Ability to develop custom use cases as per customer requirements Basic understanding of ITSM tools like

ServiceNow

and

BMC Helix Good understanding of operating systems (Windows & Linux) Knowledge of virtualization concepts (VMware vSphere preferred)

Preferred Skills

Experience in customer-facing implementation roles Understanding of ITIL processes Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage Knowledge of infrastructure automation best practices

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into technical workflows Good communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment
