Data Integration Developer (Level 3)

Blutic is looking for a Data Integration Developer (Level 3) with

7-10 yr experience with direct SSIS coding skills

and worked on

Health Insurance Domain in US for at least 3 years . This role requires deep technical expertise to deliver high-quality code, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Kanban environment.

This is a 100% long term remote opportunity. The candidate should be willing to work in 9 hrs shift anywhere between 11am-11pm IST with an overlap of 3-4 hrs on Pacific time zone.

Core Required Skills : 7-10 yr experience with direct SSIS coding skills (and not any other ETL tool other than SSIS) Worked on Health Insurance Domain in US for at least 3 years Expertise in SQL/PL-SQL (query optimization, indexing, stored procedures) Familiarity with C#/.NET for scripting and API development (nice-to-have)

Key Responsibilities

1. Development & Maintenance Design, develop, and deploy SSIS packages for complex ETL workflows (data extraction, transformation, loading). Create and optimize SSRS reports with interactive dashboards, drill-downs, and parameterized features. Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for SQL Server databases. Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in ETL processes and reports.

2. Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with the Onshore Coordinator and Offshore Lead to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Document code, data mappings, and technical specifications in Confluence/Jira. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

3. Quality Assurance & Innovation Perform unit testing and support QA teams to ensure defect-free deliverables. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, self-service reporting). Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., Snowflake, API integrations, cloud migrations).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence. Exposure to Snowflake, Power BI, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.

Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers. Excellent communication to collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.

Good to Have Skill Familiarity with the Healthcare industry and experience with TriZetto Facets is good to have skill/experience.

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, ETL Tools) preferred. Experience in financial, healthcare, or telecom domains is advantageous.
