Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Supervisor, based in Bengaluru. The MEP Supervisor will oversee site operations, manage on-site teams, and ensure that all plumbing and facility management tasks are executed as per project requirements. Core responsibilities include conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, supervising building maintenance, and facilitating seamless project execution through effective management and problem-solving.

Qualifications Experience in Site Supervision and conducting Site Inspections to ensure smooth project execution Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) and hands-on expertise in Building Maintenance Proficiency in Plumbing systems and troubleshooting techniques Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements A degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/plumbing engineering or a related field is preferred Prior experience in MEP or construction projects is an advantage
