Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Zoho Business Analyst based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing effective solutions using Zoho applications, and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide expert advice on Zoho solutions, and support the implementation process to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job Summary The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between customers and internal delivery teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, solution alignment, scope control, and timely project execution. The role requires strong Zoho application knowledge, stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to deliver projects within defined timelines and effort budgets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis Conduct detailed discussions to understand client business processes and requirements. Document functional and technical requirements clearly and accurately. Translate requirements into optimal Zoho-based solutions. Identify dependencies, risks, and scope changes proactively. Zoho Solution Implementation Support Work closely with technical teams on Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, etc.). Ensure solution alignment with business objectives and approved scope. Participate in solution demos and client walkthroughs. Project & Timeline Management Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure milestone adherence. Proactively follow up to avoid delays and unblock issues. Communicate requirement updates and changes promptly to internal teams. Scope & Effort Monitoring Ensure strict adherence to project scope. Monitor effort estimation and logged hours. Support efficient call management and structured change control. Customer Engagement & Closure Provide regular project updates and collect feedback. Address queries and concerns promptly. Conduct demos and training sessions. Ensure smooth handover and completion of deliverables.

Required Skills Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Zoho applications (Mandatory) Strong understanding of requirement gathering and documentation Experience in client-facing discussions Knowledge of business process mapping Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Office tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluency in English – strong verbal and written communication skills  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field 1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Experience working in consulting or implementation projects preferred
