Junior Scrum Master

Experience - 1-3 years Location - Bengaluru Shift Timings - 2 PM - 11 PM IST

Need basic understanding of AI/ML concepts.

Role Overview :

. This role requires strong facilitation, team coaching, and Agile execution skills, with the ability to partner closely with cloud or product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Facilitation

· Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospectives etc).

· Ensure teams follow

SAFe

principles, Agile values, and software engineering excellence practices.

· Support teams in

refinement, capacity planning, PI planning readiness

and execution.

Team Coaching & Improvement

· Identify bottlenecks and drive data-backed improvements in velocity, predictability, and quality.

· Enable teams to improve DevOps maturity in cloud environments.

Delivery Coordination

· Track sprint progress, dependencies, and milestones using tools like Github Project/

Azure DevOps projects or JIRA .

· Remove impediments proactively by collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Ops, and Infra teams.

Stakeholder Management

· Work with US Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs across cloud initiatives.

· Communicate risks, progress, and delivery updates to US-based leadership.

Required Qualifications :

·

1-2

years of experience as

Scrum Master

in Agile/SAFe environments.

· Knowledge on supporting IT software development teams.

· Certifications required:

Mandatorily CSM / PSM/ SASM / SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

Knowledge on any PM tools.

Exposure to

cross-time-zone delivery

with US teams.

Preferred Skills :

· Strong servant leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
