About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Supply Chain Lead with a experience in Oracle SCM solutions, with strong expertise in planning, solution design, presales support, and client engagement.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead complex implementations, work closely with customers in a client-facing capacity, contribute to solutioning and presales activities, and provide strategic guidance on supply chain transformation initiatives using Oracle SCM Cloud and related technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementation projects, including requirements analysis, solution architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Planning.

• Act as a solution lead for client engagements, owning the functional solution design and ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

• Engage with customers in a client-facing role to understand business challenges, define future-state processes, and propose scalable Oracle SCM solutions.

• Support presales activities including solution demonstrations, proposal inputs, effort estimation, and responding to functional requirements in RFPs and RFIs.

• Provide strategic functional guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and project teams.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities across supply chain processes and system functionalities.

• Develop and deliver user training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs for client teams.

• Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation including functional design documents, solution blueprints, test scenarios, and user guides.

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle SCM Cloud features and industry best practices to recommend innovative and future-ready solutions.

On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5–12 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management modules.

• Mandatory in-depth experience with Oracle SCM Cloud modules, particularly Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Planning.

• Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules.

• Proven track record of leading implementation and support projects in a consulting or enterprise environment.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes and industry practices.

• Demonstrated experience in solution design, client presentations, and presales support.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.

• SCM certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) or Oracle Cloud certifications will be a strong advantage.

We’d be super excited if you have:

• Experience working on multi-country or large-scale Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.

• Exposure to integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules or third-party systems.

• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or presales role.
