Qualifications Required Master’s degree in Engineering/ Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred.

Progressive experience required 15+ years for Director

Role Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in career services, placements, and industry partnerships. Build strong employer networks across the industry domain Drive student career readiness through counselling, training, and internships. Lead placement initiatives, campus recruitment, internships and career development programs. Manage data-driven reporting of placement outcomes and trends.
