to join our growing integration team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities Lead the

design and implementation

of enterprise integration solutions using

WebMethods

(Integration Server, Trading Networks, MWS, Designer, Adapters, etc.) Collaborate with

business analysts, architects, and stakeholders

to gather and translate integration requirements Mentor and guide

a team of WebMethods developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve

complex integration and performance issues Monitor and optimize

integration performance Ensure compliance with

security and data governance

policies Participate in

code reviews, design discussions, and architecture sessions Maintain

technical documentation

for integrations and configurations Coordinate with

cross-functional teams

for end-to-end delivery

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications 7–10 years

of hands-on experience with the

Software AG WebMethods Suite

(10.15 preferred) Strong expertise in: Integration Server Trading Networks MWS & Designer Adapters (SAP, JDBC, PostgreSQL, etc.) Kafka integration Experience with

REST/SOAP

XML/XSLT

,

JSON

, and

EDI Familiarity with

DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git Good understanding of

SOA

and enterprise integration patterns Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and leadership

skills Excellent

communication

and stakeholder management abilities
