Job Title:Oracle Identity Manager(OIM) Location:Banaglore Experience:6-8Years As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create efficient applications that align with organizational goals, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software design and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.- Experience with integration of identity management solutions.- Familiarity with user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management.
