Salesforce Administrator

Requirements:

3+ years

of Salesforce administration. 3+ years

of hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipeline design. Deep expertise in Gearset

for deployment automation and monitoring. Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies. Experience with Salesforce metadata management and source-driven development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative SDLC environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple teams. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.

Preferred Skills Experience with other DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and integrations. Understanding of automated testing frameworks and code coverage requirements. Strong communication and documentation skills.
