Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Finance Manager to own our financial operations — from payment tracking and compliance to ensuring smooth cross-team coordination. If you’re someone who loves solving problems, spotting gaps, and making finance processes more efficient, this role is for you!

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: On-site (6-days, work from office role)

What You’ll Do:

• Review & approve payment trackers, resolve issues with credit notes/duplicate invoices • Track aging reports and ensure SOPs are followed • Spot and fix data gaps, coordinate with IT/data teams, and maintain clean records • Ensure timely invoice submissions, set clear deadlines, and follow up with teams • Track remittances, maintain ledgers, and ensure timely credits • GSTR filings, build compliance dashboards, and work with the compliance team on gaps

What We’re Looking For • MBA in Finance with 3–6 years of experience (preferred) • Prior experience working with GST (Compliances, Reforms, Rebates, etc.) • Prior experience working with US and Indian taxation • Prior experience working in a D2C company (preferred) • Strong background in finance operations/accounting • Excellent eye for detail and problem-solving • Comfortable with financial tools; data analysis is a plus • Strong communicator, proactive, and a self-starter What You’ll Get • Hands-on experience at a fast-paced start-up • Opportunities to grow and take on bigger responsibilities • A collaborative, ownership-driven work culture
