Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

We’re looking for a dynamic professional with 5–7 years of experience who can bridge business needs with ERP capabilities and drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather & analyze business requirements

• Translate business needs into NetSuite functional designs

• Configure NetSuite modules, security & reporting

• Perform fit-gap analysis & support ERP implementation lifecycle

• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations & integrations

• Support testing, go-live & end-user training

Requirements

• 5+ years as ERP BA / Implementation Consultant

• 3+ years hands-on NetSuite experience

• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle / SAP / Microsoft Dynamics

• Strong communication & analytical skills
