Senior Product Manager (SAP BRIM) Job Description

The Growth Product Payments team within Streaming’s Global Product & design Organization builds and operates product and features that drive acquisition and retention for our direct-to-consumer streaming brands.
We are looking for Senior Product Manager – SAP BRIM owns the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) capabilities supporting subscription, usage-based, and transactional business models. This role partners closely with Finance, Engineering, and Commerce teams to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and scalable order-to-cash operations across global markets.
The role acts as the
product owner and subject-matter expert
for SAP BRIM, including integrations with upstream commerce platforms and downstream financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and future-ready scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and own the
SAP BRIM product vision and roadmap , aligned to business objectives for subscription, usage-based, PPV (Pay Per View) and transactional monetization models.
Prioritize initiatives across billing, invoicing, mediation, and revenue recognition, balancing regulatory needs, operational stability, and new business requirements.
Translate finance, accounting, and commercial needs into clear product requirements and backlog items.
SAP BRIM Domain Ownership
Serve as the primary product owner for SAP BRIM, with accountability across billing configuration, revenue flows, and financial outcomes
Own PSP and wallet integrations from a BRIM perspective, including SAP configuration, validation, and testing lifecycles in partnership with engineering and QA.
Own SAP financial mapping for product flows, ensuring accurate billing, settlement, and revenue recognition.
Ensure SAP BRIM supports compliant revenue recognition, settlement, and financial reporting.

Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with
Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Tax, Legal, and Operations
teams to align on requirements, risks and delivery outcomes.
Lead cross-functional planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination for BRIM-related initiatives.
Act as the escalation point for complex, revenue‑impacting incidents and defects, driving prioritization, root‑cause analysis, and resolution.
Delivery & Execution
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP BRIM enhancements, including requirements definition, design validation, UAT coordination, and production rollout.
Own regional rollout readiness from a BRIM and finance perspective, ensuring configurations, data flows, and reporting are market‑ready when launches occur.
Ensure high data quality, system reliability, and operational readiness across billing and revenue processes.
Drive continuous improvement across billing accuracy, cycle times, and exception handling.
Optimization & Operational Enablement
Drive continuous improvement across billing accuracy, cycle times, exception handling, and financial reconciliation.
Support operational use cases such as voucher handling, renewals, pricing changes, and adjustments, ensuring these are productized where possible and scalable over time.
Contribute to broader billing initiatives (e.g., Unified Billing programs) as a BRIM domain owner when they intersect with roadmap or platform evolution.
Evaluate and incorporate new SAP capabilities (e.g., automation, tooling improvements) into the product roadmap where they deliver material value
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience, with
deep ownership of enterprise platforms or ERP-adjacent systems
.
3+ years of hands-on experience with
SAP BRIM / SAP Order-to-Cash domains
,
including subscription or PPV usage-based models
Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial compliance concepts.
Proven experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Engineering teams.
Experience delivering complex, global-scale system integrations.
Mandatory experience in SAP BRIM/FICA/FI. Ideal candidates will have a strong SAP functional consulting background in SAP Finance modules.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with
SAP BRIM configuration and integration
Background in subscription, DTC, media, telecom, or other recurring-revenue businesses.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and enterprise product operating models
