VP/SVP Facility Management Technical M3M Gurgaon

Role Objective: To lead and ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective operations of all hard facility services across the real estate portfolio by driving technical excellence, asset longevity, safety, and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end operations and maintenance of all hard services (MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety, Elevators, DG, STP/ETP, BMS). Ensure high uptime, preventive maintenance execution, and lifecycle management of critical building assets. Drive statutory compliance, safety standards, audits, and risk mitigation across properties. Prepare and manage annual OPEX/CAPEX budgets; optimize costs without compromising system reliability. Oversee technical vendor selection, AMCs, SLA performance, and contract governance. Lead testing, commissioning, and technical handover for new projects and fit-outs. Implement energy management and sustainability initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce utility costs. Build and lead a high-performing technical team; drive capability development and succession planning. Establish SOPs, technical MIS, performance dashboards, and continuous improvement frameworks. Partner with projects, leasing, and property management teams to ensure seamless infrastructure support and tenant satisfaction.
