Position Overview
The
Accounts-cum-Admin Executive
is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across finance and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including
receipts and payments .
Collection of payment from confirmed customers and follow-up for timely settlement.
Handle
accounts payable and receivable .
Generate
invoices , track outstanding payments, and follow up with clients/vendors.
Maintain accurate and updated financial records in accounting software.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage employee attendance and leave records.
Organize company files, documentation, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office communication.
Assist management in daily administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers required.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and basic email handling.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
