Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore for an Inside Sales Representative at Padhle. Responsibilities include engaging with Students parents, generating leads, managing customer accounts, and maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and engage potential clients Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to provide an excellent client experience Experience in Account Management to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with team collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Prior experience in edtech sales or a related field is an advantage
