Web & Visual Designer (HTML + Graphic Design)

We are looking for a

hands-on Web & Visual Designer

who can independently build and manage websites using

HTML/CSS

and also create

high-quality visual creatives

for digital platforms. This role requires someone who understands

both code and creativity,

a person who can translate ideas into functional web pages and visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities Website & HTML Responsibilities Develop and code HTML emailers/newsletters, ensuring compatibility across major email clients and devices Design, build, and maintain websites using

HTML, CSS , and basic JavaScript (if applicable) Convert design concepts into

responsive, user-friendly web pages Make updates, changes, and optimizations on existing websites Ensure websites are

fast, mobile-friendly, and SEO-ready Coordinate with content and marketing teams to implement landing pages, campaign pages, and microsites

Graphic Design Responsibilities Create visual assets for

websites, social media, presentations, banners, and campaigns Design creatives aligned with brand guidelines Work on layouts, typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling Prepare design files for both digital and print use when required Collaboration & Execution Understand business requirements and convert them into design and web solutions Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams Handle multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong working knowledge of

HTML and CSS Ability to build websites from scratch or using existing frameworks/templates Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

and/or

Figma Understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility Design Skills Good eye for design, layout, and aesthetics Ability to balance creativity with usability Basic understanding of branding and visual consistency Experience 2–6 years

of relevant experience preferred Candidates from

agencies, startups, or digital teams

are ideal Portfolio showcasing
