Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

Medical Writer – Promotional / Medcomm

to develop scientifically accurate, brand-aligned, and compliant healthcare communication materials. The role involves translating complex clinical data into compelling promotional and medical education content for healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a healthcare communications agency or pharma marketing environment and familiarity with MLR review processes.

Key Responsibilities Develop promotional and medical communication materials including: Sales slide decks Detail aids Emailers and digital content Training materials Disease awareness materials Translate clinical data and research into clear, engaging content Ensure scientific accuracy and brand consistency Incorporate feedback from Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) teams Support revision cycles and version updates Collaborate with designers and account teams to deliver campaign materials Conduct literature research and reference validation

Required Qualifications 3–7 years of medical writing experience in pharma or healthcare communications Experience creating promotional or MedEd content Strong understanding of clinical trial data interpretation Familiarity with MLR review workflows Ability to work on multiple brands and tight timelines Strong written English and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting US or EU pharma brands Exposure to Veeva PromoMats or other MLR systems Therapeutic area expertise (Oncology, Cardiology, CNS, etc.) Prior agency experience preferred
