Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong Subsea domain expertise and mandatory hands-on experience in both CREO and TeamCenter. This role requires deep technical capability in subsea mechanical design (manifolds, piping connections, pressure systems) combined with strong leadership, mentoring ability, and strict enforcement of engineering standards and accountability. TeamCenter is a critical system in our engineering workflow, and strong practical experience in PLM documentation control, BOM management, and change management is essential.

Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical design activities for subsea systems including manifolds, piping connections, and associated components. Develop advanced 3D models and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings in CREO. Ensure full compliance with ASME, GD&T, and ISO standards (ISO 1101, ASME Y14.5). Perform tolerance stack-up and dimensioning analysis. Manage product structures, BOMs, revisions, and engineering changes within TeamCenter (mandatory hands-on usage). Execute and manage ECN/ECR workflows within TeamCenter. Maintain strict drawing control and configuration management standards. Conduct design reviews and enforce technical quality benchmarks. Mentor junior engineers and promote strong technical knowledge-sharing. Drive accountability and performance within the engineering team.

Mandatory Technical Requirements Strong experience in the Subsea sector (manifold design, piping interfaces, pressure-containing components). Advanced proficiency in CREO (3D modeling & 2D drafting). Strong hands-on experience in TeamCenter PLM (BOM management, revision control, change management workflows). Very strong working knowledge of: GD&T ISO 1101 ASME Y14.5 ASME & ISO mechanical design standards Excellent ability to interpret and validate complex technical drawings (symbols, tolerances, dimensioning, layouts). Strong English communication skills.
