Role Summary Conduct structured interviews assessing data pipeline development, ETL, and modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities Evaluate SQL and data modeling capabilities Assess pipeline architecture, Spark/ETL workflow, and cloud data platform usage Provide percentage-based scoring by skill area

Required Qualifications 5+ years data engineering experience Strong SQL expertise Experience with distributed data systems Prior interview experience preferred
