Sales Executive

Role Description

- Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email) - Qualify requirements before proposals are shared - Share decks, case studies, and quotations - Follow up till there’s a clear yes / no - Support final deal closures with the founder - Identify and reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn - Initiate conversations (not hard selling) - Assist with retainer conversions and vendor registrations - Keep lead status updated and organised

What we’re looking for:

- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (agency / services preferred) - Comfortable with Hinglish + English communication - Strong follow-up discipline - Organised, patient, and clear in thinking - Not aggressive, not pushy

What this role is NOT:

- Tele-calling - Target-only pressure sales - Discount-first selling

Compensation:

₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance IncentivesIncentives on:

- Closed business - Retainer conversions - Qualified outbound meetings - Vendor registrations
