Job Description Lead Generation & Prospecting • Identify potential clients through cold calling, references, data sourcing & field visits • Generate new leads via networking & market research • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Client Acquisition • Explain our financial products: Demat Accounts, Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds & more • Convert prospects into active clients • Assist with KYC & onboarding processes Relationship Management • Regular follow-ups with prospects and clients • Build long-term relationships for repeat business • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless servicing Revenue Generation • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets • Drive brokerage revenue and cross-sell financial products • Track daily performance and report to the reporting manager Market Awareness • Stay updated with market trends & competitor activity • Suggest strategies to enhance acquisition & retention
