Role Overview We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the successful deployment of a Transportation Management System (TMS) for enterprise clients across logistics, retail, manufacturing, and e-commerce industries.

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their operational workflows, translating business requirements into system configurations, and ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of the platform.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis and project coordination skills with experience in SaaS implementation, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment where they can take ownership of client delivery from requirement gathering to go-live.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Implementation Ownership Lead implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment of the platform. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones from requirement gathering to go-live. Coordinate across internal teams including product, engineering, and customer success.

Business Requirement Analysis Conduct discovery workshops with client stakeholders to understand operational workflows and system requirements. Translate business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and solution specifications. Map client processes with platform capabilities and recommend best-practice configurations.

Solution Deployment & Configuration Support platform configuration and integration with client systems. Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and customization where required. Troubleshoot implementation issues and ensure timely resolution.

Testing & Quality Assurance Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client stakeholders. Identify gaps and ensure issues are resolved before go-live. Validate data, workflows, and operational readiness of the system.

Client Training & Adoption Conduct product training sessions for client users and operational teams. Develop training materials, SOPs, and user documentation. Drive product adoption and ensure clients realize value from the platform.

Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support Lead go-live activities and provide hypercare support during the early adoption phase. Monitor platform usage and address post-launch issues. Ensure smooth handover to support or customer success teams.

Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement Capture customer feedback during implementation and share insights with product teams. Identify opportunities to improve the implementation process and client experience.

Must-Have Requirements 3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or enterprise software delivery. Strong experience in business requirement gathering and stakeholder management. Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or transportation systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel to client locations if required.

Good-to-Have Experience working with logistics, supply chain, or transportation management systems. Exposure to SaaS implementations for enterprise clients. Familiarity with API integrations or enterprise system implementations.
