Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, located in Mumbai. The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include customer communication, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless client and sales support.

Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Order Processing Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Effective Communication skills and the ability to foster client relationships Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
